At Liteme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the even that something has gone wrong or you are unhappy with your purchase, please read our policies below prior to contacting us.

Returns & Refund Policy

What is the Liteme refund policy?

If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, you may return your item Online.

Our normal return period is 30 days form date of purchase.

Full Terms and Conditions:

  • items must be returned in new condition;
  • proof of purchase is required;
  • refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;
  • Online orders cannot be exchanged via the reply paid address; and
  • Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Memberships cannot be returned or refunded.

Please also note, Customer Service will require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given under this Special warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies you many have under a law in relation to Special Warranty Products.

In terms of the expense of making a claim under either the Special Warranties or the Australian Consumer Law:

  • If you are making a claim under the Special warranty, you will be required to pay the cost of making a claim.
  • If you are making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, you will not be required to pay the cost of making a claim.

How can I return an Online order?

Please contact Customer Service via email and provide the following information:

  • Online order number;
  • Full name;
  • Email Address used for the order;
  • Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;

Customer Service will usually respond within 1 business day and advise next steps.

Can I exchange an Online order?

You are welcome to exchange an Online order with proof of purchase, however, Online orders returned via the Reply Paid address can only be refunded.
